Social Saturday - Pinterest-Inspired Meals!

We have had some GREAT dinners at our house this week,
many of which were inspired by finds on Pinterest!
After the success of the Wendy's Frosty last week I figured we couldn't go wrong. 😉Dinner #1

Baked coconut shrimp w/ pineapple relish
(I fudged the relish b/c I couldn't find pineapple preserves the recipe called for.
Turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself!)
Dinner #2

(I've been itching to try this since Jen shared it on Scissors & Spatulas a couple of weeks ago!)
Dinner #3
No pic for ya on this one.
We're having it for dinner tonight!
Crock pot baked potato soup#3 is smelling REALLY good so I'm thinking we're going to be 3 for 3.

Did you have anything super yummy for dinner last week?
I would love to hear about it!

  1. All of the dishes look very good. I have pinned lots of items but have yet to try any of them 🙁 I know - that is so sad isn't it? I think I will add your dishes to my pins and possibly get to making some of these great meals

  2. Everything looks so yummy! I just might have to try to make the cheddar bacon ranch bread:) What would we do without Pinterest, right?

  3. One of my favorite uses for Pinterest is finding new recipes to try. I think i have all the ones you tried pinned 🙂 Id say I probably try 1-3 pinterest inspired recipes a week. Id love to have you over to guest post a recipe for Food-a-licious Friday if you are ever interested 🙂 Your meals look soooooooooooo YUMMY!

  4. Everything looks amazing Michele!! I really am going to have to try that pull apart bread. YUM!
I saw that you won some spray paint over at the CSI project this week! Woohoo!

  5. Hi! I'm a new follower 🙂 But I did the same thing this past week, I made pork chops based off of a pin, though I ended up altering the recipe a bit. They were AMAZING! I don't really blog yet much myself, but I did use blogger to post it since I had FB friends asking for the recipe.

Your pull apart bread looks especially yummy, and my hubby walked past eyeballing the shrimp 🙂
