  39. I just recently (like in last week) heard about Washi tape for the first time and am so fascinated! I can't wait to try it, and would love to win this giveaway to get me started. I love all the Dots patterns, but especially the Going Green in Portland. I LOVE that shade of green, and who doesn't love dots?
