Our family has been doing photo cards for years. We love that it gives our friends and family a glimpse into how we are growing and changing from year to year!
Since our boys have joined the family we typically send out their photo with Santa each year.
This year will be particularly entertaining as my 20 month old was having none of this Santa visit.
But I think the photo will put a smile on some faces and instigate a few "Bless his heart" comments.
You want a sneak peek, right?
Okay... but you asked for it.
Makes you smile, right?
I'm excited to find the perfect holiday card at Shutterfly to go with the photo!
You may not know that Shutterfly also has a new microsite where they share tips and tricks to get the most out of your holiday photos and advice for Family Photo Day.
Here's a photo card tip from me!
When my boys start getting too old for Santa photos (heaven forbid!), I plan to select the Christmas card from Shutterfly that I want to use and THEN coordinate our family's photo attire to match it. It makes the card selection that much easier!
Shutterfly is running a Cardworthy Photo Contest on their Facebook page right now
(ends December 9).
You can upload a photo into one of their 2012 holiday cards for different them each week.
This week the theme is Family Holiday!
The grand prize is a dream trip for a family of 4, and YOU pick the destination!
You can link directly to the Cardworthy Photo Contest here.
