Simple Glam Halloween Wreath

Make a simple glam Halloween wreath that is inexpensive and still spooky.

Simple Glam Halloween Wreath
Sometimes simple really is best, don’t you think?

Take this plain black and white Halloween wreath for instance.

It definitely has the spooky chic look going for it.

Not only does it look simple, but you guys won’t even believe me when I show you how easy it is to make… and take apart.

That white feather wreath hangs in my living room year round!

Let me show you what I did.

Simple Glam Halloween Wreath supplies
I found this gorgeous white feather wreath at Home Goods a couple of years back.

I don’t see them often anymore but you could always make a similar one from a feather boa or purchase one of these feather wreaths (affiliate link).

I don’t recall where the hanging Beware sign or black crow (affiliate link) came from.

They are both pretty standard supplies in most Halloween sections at just about any store.

You could even make the signage yourself with cardstock.

You will also need 4 white ball pins (affiliate link).

Simple Glam Halloween Wreath attaching crow
First, add the crow to the wreath.

Place the crow on the top of the wreath in such a way that it is flush with the back of the wreath.

If the crow you have has wire around it’s legs like mine does, crisscross the pins over the wire to hold the crow in place.

If your crow does not have a wire, simply add the pins around its feet.

They shouldn’t be noticeable because of the feathers.

how to hang wreath signage
Second, hang the signage from a wreath hook.

It’s not actually attached to the wreath but no one needs to know that!

Third, hang the wreath on the wreath hook over the signage.

It all looks like one piece.

BOOM! Done!

Literally easy as 1, 2, 3.

And it will be just that easy to take back apart this simple glam Halloween wreath after the 31st!

I am also very crafty and wanted to make this wreath. I thought for a long time and came up with an idea. I had some round foam wreaths in my stash. Went to the Dollar Tree store and found some feather boas. I glued them to the wreath, added a couple of spiders, a bat, a couple of black roses, made a bow and a hanger and had a nice Halloween wreath. I am making another one with black feather boas and some white decorations.

This wreath is definitely glam for Halloween! Love the black and white colors - and that the white feather wreath can be used again! Pinned to my Halloween board. #HomeMattersParty

I love this wreath. Ravens stay in Canada over the winter, I have become very attached to these rugged tough birds. I am pinning this idea.
