Over the summer I attended my first shrimp boil. What the heck have I been missing all these years??? It was SO good! So I found a nice little recipe to try it myself. Only problem? It didn’t call for shrimp. But that’s okay. Shrimp is so simple to cook that I just incorporated it myself. The rest of the recipe?? Perfect!
Other than wanting to make my own shrimp boil, I also wanted a recipe I could use the banana peppers in that we grew in our garden. Luckily they were on the list for this Oven-Roasted Sausages, Potatoes, & Peppers from My Recipes. They were a great accent to this dish! And EVERYONE loved this one! That’s a mom win, y’all.
To add in the shrimp to this recipe, I simply boiled it, drained it, then added it to the pan during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. Easy peasy!
