It’s not even that the vegetable was all that hidden. It was pretty visible. And even after telling him what he was eating… he still wanted more! WIN!
These Zucchini Parmesan Buttermilk Biscuits from Gathered for Bread are so savory and delicious! I grated my zucchini pretty large so you could for sure see it in the biscuits, definitely more so than the photo above. I also subbed cheddar for the Parmesan. The zucchini with the rosemary was so yummy! I would not have thought to put those two together. This is definitely a biscuit recipe you will want to try!
And we will definitely be using it often since my kids were such a fan. Plus it will be great in the summertime to use up zucchini we grow in the garden.
