BML Guest Post – Kristen from Life with the Ellwoods

Spring has officially sprung. The flowers may not be really blooming yet, but the itch for Spring has truly set in.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Kristen from Life with the Ellwoods. I’m a young gal born and raised in Texas. I’ve been with the love of my life for over 5 years and we’ve been married for just about 2 years. We love working on our house and about 5 months ago I was bitten by the craft bug.

As I was saying, I’m itching for Spring. I am longing for warm, sunny days, the smell of grass, working in the yard, and getting some color in my cheeks.

In order to get my home looking more like Spring and less like Winter I decided to create a few Subway art printables for my 8×10 frames. I just love how just a simple printed document can add so much flavor to a tabletop or wall! To download the documents click on the images below.

The first one has various shades of green and a few pops of orange.

The second one has various shades of green with a yellow border and several Scripture verses.

As I was making these my urge to let the light in and brighten things up in our home grew. I’m having visions of bright greens and yellows, oranges and blues, baskets and eggs, flowers and candy. More Spring projects to come, so head over to my blog, Life with the Ellwoods, to get the latest!

These are great Kristen. I agree...it's amazing what a printed project can do to update decor.
