Chic Pincushion

I've got a super simple and chic project for you today!

Its the Chic Pincushion!

I took a cute little picture frame I found a while back at Michael's for only a dollar or two...

And took a scrap of fabric and some batting and made a pincushion!

I love it! It almost inspires me to sew... Almost. ;)

  12. I don't really sew, other than mending a button or clasp in a pinch... but I might have to start displaying pins on something like this! Adorable!

  23. You know you might have a slight Michaels problem when you recognize their inventory in a project AND you know you have one in your stash. I'm not saying I have that problem. Just that it could BE a problem if that were to happen. Which I'm not saying it did. GREAT idea! Thanks for linking up!

  24. I love it, Michele! I pick up those frames from Michaels whenever I see them in the bins. Only mine aren't that pretty green! I have about six of various designs in my craft closet waiting for their turn to be used. This is a great idea and so pretty. I think I'll make one for myself first and keep it right by my sewing machine!
