Craft Supply Shopping {in My Pajamas!}

November 12, 2014 By: Michele McDonald1 Comment

This is sponsored post on behalf of Consumer Crafts. As always, opinions are 100% my own.Consumer-Crafts-revised-logo2-vs10 Converted (2)Sometimes I shop for craft supplies in my pajamas. No really! It’s true.

You see, there are no craft stores in my town. I have to go anywhere from 1 to 3 towns away if I need craft supplies. What a drag! But there is another way to get the supplies I need, save on gas, AND stay in my pj’s. I can shop online from the comfort of home at Consumer Crafts!

Consumer Crafts is an online craft supply store offering over 12,000 items on their website at great prices. I recently shopped for some new supplies for a fun craft (I’ll be sharing next week!), and I wanted to share my experience with you!

consumer-crafts-1On the Consumer Crafts website there is a series of tabs at the top of the page breaking down the main sections of the site, much like the different departments in a craft store. If you hover over a tab, like Craft Basics as shown above, you receive a further breakdown grouping of supplies. It makes it SO easy to narrow down what you are looking for!

consumer-crafts-2I clicked on Wood Crafts & Supplies. Now the supply options are even further broken down. Doesn’t this make the shopping experience so simple? I can easily find exactly what I’m searching for.

All of the options for Craft Basics are also now listed in the left sidebar. I can easily find my next supply without needing to go back to the menu bar.

consumer-crafts-3Once I’m ready to checkout I can easily go over all of the supplies I have selected in the shopping Basket and make any necessary edits. If I’m logged into my account, I can even add certain supplies to my Favorites list if I know I’ll be purchasing them again and again (like my favorite adhesives!).

I can’t wait to show you next week what I’m making with these supplies from Consumer Crafts! You’re getting a little sneak peek at what I purchased above.

Holiday-catalog-image-Consumer-CraftsYou will  also want to download the Consumer Crafts Holiday Catalog! It is full of project ideas (with supply lists!), craft supply highlights, and a 30% off coupon. It’s a great source of inspiration! You can also find a lot of fun craft ideas on the Consumer Crafts blog, Crafts Unleashed.

I think you’ll find that Consumer Crafts appeals to your inner crafter who loves to shop in her pajamas!
