We celebrated the end of school last week and with the end of school comes making fun end of the year gifts for the teachers! We LOVE our teachers and love to show our appreciation for all they’ve done for our boys over the last year. This year I sent these fun Summer-on-the-Go kits to school for my boys to pass out. The kits are made up in these adorable vintage green Ball Mason jars, because everything is better in a Mason jar, right?
I created an adorable new printable to use as tags. I love these florals for summer! The smaller tag is great for writing the teachers name. I had my boys sign the back of the tag for their teacher. On the back of the larger tag I wrote a personal note to each teacher.
So, what goes into a Summer-on-the-Go kit? All of the summer essentials, of course. In mini size!
Sunscreen
Lotion
Chapstick
Hand sanitizer
Mints
Granola bar
Boss Lady pencil – of course 😉
Gift card
My free printable
Tuck all of these items into a wide mouth Mason jar with a little paper filler inside for presentation. I also found some frog lids to use on the jars to dress them up and to allow the pencil to fit in the jar.
I love the way these gift jars look! You just can’t beat the vintage green. And it goes perfectly with the floral gift tags! It’s a fun summer gift for the teachers as they relax over the summer.
