It’s football time! And, of course, one of the best things that comes with game night is, for me anyway, the food! Game night is an excellent opportunity to get super snacky and eat a lot of little things instead of one big meal. I’m a big fan of dips myself. They’re pretty simple to make, and I love piling up little things to on my plate to scoop them up. Plus, I’m taking the #MeatlessMondayNight challenge from Silk eat more plant-based foods!
This sweet and creamy avocado dip is my new favorite recipe! It is SO simple to make – only 3 ingredients! – and tastes absolutely divine. Top that with it pairs perfectly with fruit or plain pita chips, and I’m completely sold. In a time when people are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, skipping the bacon and hot dogs for a night is a good thing.
This 3-ingredient dip recipe will be a real crowd pleaser. And it’s dairy-free if anyone has any lactose allergies or just prefers nondairy ingredients in their foods. The pinch of sugar I added to the dip is completely optional (I like things a little sweeter!), so this could even be a 2-ingredient dip if you choose to leave out the sugar.
The Silk Vanilla Yogurt Alternative is seriously yummy, y’all! I wanted to give it a taste prior to developing my recipe and pretty much ate the whole container. It’s a good thing I bought more than one! I’ll be going back for the blueberry and strawberry.

Pretty simple, right?? It really is that easy. And it’s amazing with strawberries, grapes, and even plain pita chips. I’m sure you can come up with even more delicious things to dip!
Mmmm, I could pretty much just eat this with a spoon! So are you up for the #MeatlessMondayNight challenge? Visit the Silk website for meatless recipe ideas and try a more plant-based diet at least one night a week. Use the Store Locator to find your nearest Silk retailer.
