Come join me, I’d love to have you!!!
Today I will be sharing with you this cute little Picture/Recipe holder
Here is what you will need to make your own….
  • A 1 X 2 cut into 3 1/2″ pieces one for each holder
  • Clothespin
  • Modge Podge
  • Wood Glue (optional)
  • Glue Gun
  • Small fake flowers
  • Patterned paper
  • Paint (craft, spray paint, whatever you prefer)
Ready? Let’s get started!
Add glue either wood glue or use your glue gun to the half of the clothespin that you squeeze.
Place it on top of your cut 1X2 with the snap part sticking above the wood.
Paint your holder whatever color you like with whatever paint you would like.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit your holder and Modge Podge onto the front of the holder.
Cut another piece of patterned paper and add to the top of the clothespin, and another small piece to add on the bottom of the holder on top of the other piece already modge podged on.
Glue on your fake flowers
Clip on recipes, pictures, little notes or whatever you would like.
Enjoy your new holder!
Don’t want to half to cut your own wood? I will have kits for these if you would like to purchase them in my Etsy Shop.
Thanks for having me Michele!
