Easy & Sentimental Father's Day Gift Idea
The littles had a blast wearing their dad's clothing. So much so that they didn't even argue when I started handing out garments about who would wear what! The mini photo shoot we had was so fun to do.
I put the photo in an inexpensive plain wood frame that I could easily decorate. I painted the sides with yellow acrylic paint. Once that was dry I Mod Podged blue faux wood scrapbook paper to the front. I then sanded the edges of the frame and inked them with brown distress ink. Finally, I added the cute pre-decorated "#1 DAD" wood cutout I found at Michael's.
The look on their daddy's face was priceless when he opened the gift! It was definitely a big hit all around.

Your Father's Day Gift Idea is an awesome gift idea. I will be featuring it in my Father's Day Gift Ideas post on Sunday at Merry Monday 6 pm PST. Hope to see you at the party.
That is adorable! My oldest son is actually about the same size as my husband and now wears a bigger shoe that his dad too so this might not work so well for us but I do just love it. You'll have to save those clothes and shoes and do another photo when they're in high school!
So perfect, I love it. Thanks for sharing on To Grandma's House We Go!
That is just darling!! What a great keepsake! Thanks for sharing with us at Throwback Thursday!

What an awesome idea! It would be fun to recreate the same picture with the same tee shirts every year to see how much the boys are growing. So cute! Thank you for linking up to Family Joy Blog Link-up Party. Have a great week!
This is so cute Michele! I love the way you decorated the frame and the boys look soooo adorable!
