Retro Camper Happy Camper Gold Fold T-Shirt
I think it’s official, I have retro camper fever! I mean, two camper projects in just over 2 weeks?? Yeah, I have it bad! (Did you catch my Retro Camper Keychain??)
I designed this pattern in the Silhouette Studio software and cut it out on gold foil heat transfer (affiliate link). I think the design paired with the foil turned out AMAZING!! And I’m sharing my design with you!
*If you choose to use this file as an iron on, be sure to FLIP the image HORIZONTALLY.
The addition of the “Happy Camper” text was an idea I had just prior to cutting, but you can easily add it yourself to the file with a text box. The font I used is called Albemarle Swash.
How awesome is this gold foil?? It’s from Expressions Vinyl and is called Metallic Gold. I need many, many, many more sheets!
When you are ready to cut the file, practice cutting small circles first on a small piece of the foil. It seems to be a lot thicker than standard Silhouette Smooth Heat Transfer. I set the blade to 3 and the thickness to 12.
You can see there is a bit of weeding, but it is SO worth it, don’t you think? I actually love weeding (is that weird??) because it exposes the pattern bit by bit.
I am in retro camper heaven! If you need me, I’ll be out sporting my new tee.
If you use the file please let me know! I would love to see what you do with it!

I made this today. I used rose gold vinyl on a gray t-shirt. Love the combination. The weeding in your file wasn't bad at all. But I used a font for "Happy Camper" that added quite a bit of weeding. Turned out very cute though. I don't know how to add a picture.

Unfortunately not. :( There isn't a program available that easily converts SVG files to something a Cricut can read. I'm sorry!
