Quick Purse Makeover

June 6, 2010 By: Michele McDonald23 Comments

I actually did this purse makeover a couple a months ago for a fun spring change up.

I.love.this.purse.

I love the length of the shoulder strap.

I love the black and tan colors together (goes with everything).

I love the gathered fabric on the front.

BUT it needed something when spring rolled around.

So I raided my fabric stash and made a fun layered flower to dress my purse up.

I made it a pin so I can take it on and off easily. I can also use it to dress up a denim jacket or t-shirt.

Now this is absolutely my favorite purse!

I love that something so simple can make such a big difference!

Very cute! The flower just makes the purse. It’s a great idea & I need to make something similar for a pillow in my daughter’s room.

I’m so addicted to fabric flowers and embellishments right now! They are so easy and quick to make and make such a huge difference to a tired item! Love these!

    Have a super week!
