Vintage Christmas Wrapping & Decor {Lifestyle Crafts}

November 28, 2012 By: Michele McDonald12 Comments

I am so excited to now be affiliated with Lifestyle Crafts!
And I’m even more excited to show you the brand new Knotty & Nice gift sets they are offering right now.

I was sent some of the dies from the sets the play with and had a great time putting together these
vintage doily ornaments and wrapped gifts.

We’ve already established that I’m a doily nut so of course I flipped out over the Nice gift set.
Aren’t those doilies adorable??

The Knotty gift set includes an amazing assortment of bows.

I used one of the doily dies to create a simple book page ornament.
Its nothing fancy, just slide the die and the paper through your die cut machine and add a hanger.
I think the doily is decoration enough without any extra embellishment!

I also used the two less elaborate doilies to make a monogram ornament using Christmas music scrapbook paper as the base. I added a little glitter glue M in the center and it was all set to hang!

Can you image a tree filled with these vintage-style ornaments?
It kind of makes me giddy just thinking about it!
I combined the Knotty and Nice gift sets to do some early Christmas gift wrapping.
By wrapping my gifts in simple Kraft paper, I can let the dies take center stage and they really do pop right off of the packages!

The small doily even makes for a cute matching gift tag!

I used more book pages and the Christmas music scrapbook paper to make all of the embellishments.
I simply used the Sticky Thumb Tape Runner to adhere them all to the Kraft paper.

You can find both the Knotty and Nice gift sets exclusively at Lifestyle Crafts.
