Today's recipe is a great main dish that will look like you spent hours working on but you really did not. I love meals like that! It is a super juicy pork dish that can pair with just about any side.

This Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin from All Recipes would be great to serve when you know company is coming over! You marinate the meat for a couple of hours (pretty simple, right?) then cook it in the oven for an hour, basting every little bit. That's it! With a main dish that easy you can whip up some pretty fab side dishes, don't you think? And the taste? AMAZING!!!
This looks delicious! I must admit I don't cook a lot of pork dishes, but this looks moist and tasty and can be!
