I consider myself a connoisseur of French fries. Well, not really, but I do like them a lot more than I should. I love trying new method of making homemade French fries, especially if they are baked and not fried.

These Skillet Fries from Sweet C's Designs are a great alternative to deep fried fries. But pretty much anything made in a skillet tastes better anyways, am I right? I went light on the pepper for this recipe since I knew my boys would not be fooled into eating them, but these skillet fries were super easy to make and the taste did not disappoint!
