I did it! I got my kids to eat a green vegetable! Willingly!

Well, it was difficult to tell it was a green vegetable. Disguise is everything, right? But they ate it, loved it, and asked for more. Now that is MY kind of side dish!

These Baked Zucchini Parmesan Rounds from Five Heart Home are so easy to make that I don't know why they sat in my Pinterest board for Foodalicious Sides for so long before trying them! I love zucchini in just about any form so I'm always looking for a recipe that will grab my kids' attention.

Hello, we have a winner! The cheesy coating on top had them totally mesmerized that they barely noticed the green. I over salted a bit, but other than that this recipe was spot on. And super easy to make with just zucchini, Parmesan, and seasoning! We'll be making it again for sure.
