I am pretty much beside myself excited because this fall my family is heading back to Disneyland!
It's been 3 years since our last trip, and my littles and I have been waiting a LONG time for this trip to come around again.
We'll be going back at Halloween just like last time so I thought I for sure needed to whip up a fun Mickey Halloween trick or treat bag for each of my boys to carry at the Halloween party using Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl from Expressions Vinyl.
The Halloween Mickey head seemed like an obvious choice for trick or treating at Dinseyland.
This pattern uses layers of heat transfer vinyl, and I am going to show you how to do the layers to put the final image together.

Mickey Halloween FREE Cut Files: Outline, Pumpkin, Stem, Leaf, and Face
Cut all of the parts of the Mickey pumpkin face:
- the leaf and vine tendril (Light Green)
- the stem and "trick or treat" (Grass)
- the eyes/nose/mouth (Neon Yellow)
- the pumpkin (Neon Orange)
- pumpkin and face outline (Black).
Remember: When cutting HTV, place the vinyl face down on your cutting mat and flip the image horizontally in the Silhouette software.

Mickey Halloween Trick or Treat Bag: Outline First
1st: Iron on the black pumpkin face HTV and the "trick or trick" signage.
By doing the black outline of the pumpkin face first, you will see where to add the other pieces for everything to line up.

Mickey Halloween Trick or Treat Bag: Color Second
2nd: Iron on the other pieces of the image, using the black outline as a guide for placement.
Be sure any vinyl not covered by a carrier sheet (the clear plastic that comes on HTV) is covered by multi-use paper if the heat press will be touching it.

I am loving how bright the Neon Orange and Neon Yellow HTV are!
They will really catch the light while the boys are trick or treating at Disneyland AND at home on Halloween!

And, of course, in a house with 2 little boys I always have to make everything in pairs.
I hope you enjoy this Mickey Halloween pumpkin trick or treat bag and the free cut file!

Love the Halloween bag. Cant wait to make for great grandson !!!
Such a cute idea! Thanks for sharing. What sizes did you cut your images?
I believe the overall pumpkin size with ~8x10". The text was 12" wide.
Very cute! Is there any way to get this file in a non SVG format?
Unfortunately not at this time.
Very cute! Love Disney!
I need help in making a large Ursula with this type of layering
I love this. I'm trying to learn and understand the whole Disney design copyright as I'm a Disney fan and an avid silhouette cutter. As long as there isn't profit, it's okay, am I correct? Thank you for your time and sharing your Disney designs!
I believe you are correct!
