Super duper exciting news!!
Whoop, whoop!!
I am so stinking excited!
Its not a huge feature. And technically its for my Etsy shop, but really, it all originated on the blog!
I had an editor for the magazine contact me a few months ago asking if they could include my Thomas the Train ticket birthday invitation in their May issue for a birthday party theme round up.
Of course I wasn't going to say no!
I emailed the editor the photo and... heard absolutely nothing back.
Not a peep. Not a word. Nada.
I was pretty certain that meant I wasn't actually going to get in.
THEN... one of my girlfriends spotted the invite in her May issue!
I don't subscribe to Parenting, and apparently you can't buy it ANYWHERE. Ugh!
Luckily I have some friends who helped me out and now I'm the happy owner of 3 copies. š

And speaking of the Thomas invite, I recently added another item to the shop to help simplify your Thomas the Train party.
I staged myself this little party scene and had quite the fun time putting it together.
I'm pretty sure the neighbors think I'm nuts.
Included in the party pack are 4 different cupcake toppers (one blank to fill in with the birthday boy/girl's name and/or age), 4 different flags/banners, water bottle wraps, a table centerpiece, and blank tickets for DIY bunting.
(I had a customer request the blank tickets once to make her own Happy Birthday bunting & it turned out so cute!)
