Social Saturday - Farm Fresh
Welcome to another weekend of Social Saturday where I share a glimpse of my life with you!
We made our first family road trip last weekend with the new baby. And by family I mean ALL of us. The two dogs included! Luckily everyone was fairly well behaved for our 3 hour drive east.

The Shelby Farm
The farmhouse has been on my mom's side of the family sinced 1823. Since no one lives in it, we treat it as a sort of getaway place. No cell phones, no cable tv, no wi fi. Just peace and quiet... at least until the cows wake you up around 7am. š
Time was well spent hanging out with family.

(Beach tent + blow up toddler bed = best.combo.ever!
And there might have been some s'more eating!
While we were there my littlest guy turned 2 months old.
So we had an impromptu photo shoot...
Okay, so it might have been planned. But we didn't know what props we would use!
The feed grain sack pillow and the big red barn proved to be fantastic backdrops. š
I hope everyone had as good a weekend as we did!
This weekend we're looking forward to a birthday lunch, a get together with friends, and yet more car shopping. Hopefully the search for my new vehicle will come to a conclusion soon!
