I’m always on the hunt for new ways to present veggies to my little boys. They are so quick to snub their noses at the mere mention of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli. Carrots are a particularly less loved food in our house. So I was thrilled to find this recipe that was not only easy to make, but looked delicious, and tasted divine!
Don’t these carrots look delicious?? This Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots recipe from Diethood was definitely as tasty as it looks. AND a real crowd pleaser! I served it up when we had company over, and they were a big hit. I even convinced the kids to eat them. They didn’t ask for seconds, but they did eat everything on their plate!
I used baby carrots instead of large cut up carrots to save time. I just lessened the cook time and kept an eye on them in the oven to be sure they didn’t overcook. They came out perfectly!
