Today’s Tried it Tuesday recipe is a fun, summery twist on one of my favorite recipes. As summer winds down, I’m cramming in as many light meals as a I can before we dive into fall and all of the soups, casseroles, and big warm meals.
This Strawberry Caprese Pasta Salad from Driscoll’s is perfect for lunch or as a side dish at dinner. The pasta definitely makes it a bit for filling and the substitution of strawberries for tomatoes was just genius. Even the kids will be wanting this one!
