Today’s Tried it Tuesday recipe is a crowd pleaser AND a one pot meal. That’s a double winner in my book! My kids loved it, particularly since it is a spin-off of one of their favorite meals.

This One Pot Cheesy Taco Skillet from Sweet C’s Designs was super easy to pull together and tasted just delicious! It was the epitome of cheesy perfection. We treated is like a dip and scooped up bite fulls on tortilla chips which my kids thought was great. It never hurts to make mealtime a little more fun! This recipe is definitely a family favorite and a fun way to mix up traditional tacos.
