My boys each have a snack time during the day at their school, and I am in charge of providing it. Healthy snacks can be hard to come by! That’s why I love this recipe. It’s healthy, delicious, and makes quite a bit at one time. It would be a great after school snack, too!
These Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips from Sally’s Baking Addiction are SO good! Completely addicting to eat. And even if your kids tend to be fruit-phobes (I have one that is and one that isn’t) I bet they will try these out.
My tip: Make sure you cut the apples very thin. If they are too thick they won’t become crisp and aren’t quite as good, though still plenty edible.
