This side is not only delicious, but it’s healthy to boot. A real winner right?
It’s cauliflower! Well it’s Balsamic & Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower found at Eating Well, but the balsamic really does bring out a great flavor in the cauliflower. Not to mention the toasted cheese and slight crunch it all takes on from roasting in the oven. Yum!

That looks so good! I don't usually like cauliflower but this sounds so good! I am adding this to our recipe list!
