Tried it Tuesday #57 - The Scrap Shoppe

Our family vacationed at Disneyland last fall for the first time. I dream of going back, but I don't know when that will be. One of my favorite things from the trip was the Mickey Waffles! They were SO light and fluffy. So... now I can make them at home.

They may not be in the form of Mickey Mouse's head, but the taste is right on! I think the trick to these Mickey Waffles from The Disney Chef is in how you prep the eggs. These will have to keep us pacified until we can go back to Disneyland for more!
