Tried it Tuesday! #8

I think you are going to love today’s Tried it Tuesday! recipe. Why?
Because it is SO easy to make and SO good for you!
So without further ado, let’s get to it!

Are you ready for this? Today’s recipe is… water! Well, flavored water to be more specific.
It really does not get easier or better for you than flavored water. A lot of fruit and herbs that you can add to it are great for digestion and/or giving you that full feeling to help curb your appetite. The Naturally Flavored Water suggestions at The Yummy Life all sound great, and I’ve tried several combinations.
My favorite it to make a large pitcher of water with lemon, lime, and orange slices, fresh mint, and some freshly grated ginger. My goal is to drink the entire pitcher by the end of the day!
