A couple week’s ago I shared the most amazing sweet pork recipe on Tried it Tuesday. This week, it’s all about the sides that go with it! They really accentuate the flavor of the sweet pork and complete the meal. They are all also Cafe Rio copycat recipes!

These recipes are all from the same source: Family Favorite Recipes. They also have a sweet pork recipe, but it differs a bit from the previous one I shared. The two recipes I use from this blog are the Cilantro Ranch Dressing and the Cilantro-Lime Rice.
The dressing is perfect if you make a sweet pork salad and also as a dipping sauce for the sweet pork quesadillas that we typically make. And the rice is slightly sweet and super fun pairing as a side dish.
It’s pretty safe to say my family freaks.out. on sweet pork night, especially when the sides hit the table!
