Hello, friends! Welcome to the first Tried it Tuesday of 2015. I am SO glad I started this series last year and can’t wait to share more found recipes with you. In case you’re new to the series, Tried it Tuesday is all about internet-found recipes. I find it, usually through Pinterest, and pin it to try later. I make the recipe. And, if all goes well, I share the awesome recipe with you on any given Tuesday! You can call me your personal taste tester. And, with little boys on hand to try the recipes as well, I’ll let you know if it’s a winner for the entire family.
Today’s recipe was indeed winner for the entire family, which is saying a lot because it is mostly composed of vegetables!
These Bacon, Spaghetti Squash, & Parmesan Fritters from Julia’s Album are so delicious and SO easy to make! I risked working with spaghetti squash for the first time just to make this recipe. Let me say, totally worth it! Not that spaghetti squash is particularly difficult, but it can be a little intimidating for a first timer.
My two boys completely gobbled these up. We served them on a bed of rice and made a complete meal out of them! You will definitely want to try this recipe!
